Using my proprietary SIGNAL Method™, I combine principles of neuroscience, relationship dynamics, mindfulness, guided visualization, emotional awareness, and spiritual growth to help you reconnect with your body's innate wisdom and your own inner guidance. Each session is personalized to your unique needs and goals. When appropriate—and always based on your comfort level—our work may also incorporate meditation, intuitive insight, sound healing, or other energy-based practices to support greater clarity, emotional balance, and lasting transformation.
